Are You a Victim and feel your
Rights have been Violated?

You may contact the Wisconsin Department of Justice – Office of Crime Victim Services – Victim Resource Center to discuss possible rights violations and options that you may have as a victim to address them. Any formal complaint must first begin here.

The Crime Victims Rights Board (CVRB) operates by authority of Wisconsin Statute Chapter 950.09 to review and investigate complaints filed by victims of crime regarding their crime victim rights.
