A block of lodging rooms is being held until April 13, 2026. All guest rooms will be released after this date. Special group rate for 98.00 USD per night. Any additional guest rooms desired after the cut-off date will be on a space and rate available basis. WVWP will NOT be paying for attendee lodging in 2026.

REMINDER: Our conference registration fee has changed for 2026. WVWP Membership PAID by March 1, 2026, will receive a reduced conference registration fee of $100.00. For anyone that has not paid their membership by March 1, 2026, the conference registration fee will be $250.00. No exceptions will be given; therefore, please get your membership form and PAYMENT in early if you wish to take advantage of this reduced fee.
Once again we will be having a Silent Auction with all proceeds to be donated to a charity, yet to be determined by the Board. If you have a prison located in your county, please reach out to that prison to see if they would like to donate an item or items for our silent auction.
